Risk and Risk Management
Available to the Public and Private Sector
Produced in collaboration with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, this programme comprises 3 modules each of 30 minutes duration. It is interactive and is rich in the use of audio, Flash, photos and test questions to reinforce learning.
Module 1 can be used by all staff, Module 2 is for those who engage with risk management processes from time-to-time, and Module 3 is for those involved in implementing risk management programmes.
- Module 1 provides a good introduction to risk and risk management and could usefully be used as part of induction training for all staff.
- Module 2 provides an overview of the key elements of a risk management framework.
- Module 3 introduces the concept of risk maturity and how to embed risk management.
